Pioneer Place - 1994

These photographs show the installation at Pioneer Place in Portland, Oregon in 1994 under the sponsorship of the Portland Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

This collection of photographs titled "Natural Light and the Italian Piazza," consists of over 160 images that were taken over a period of nine years throughout Italy by Professor Emeritus of Architecture, Sandra Davis Lakeman.

This photographic exhibition is currently on display on all four levels of the PAC, and it is regarded a serious artistic endeavor as it has been supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, the Graham Foundation for Advanced Studies in the Fine Arts, the L.J. Skaggs and Mary C. Skaggs Foundation, and numerous on-campus grants from Cal Poly.
